How to Register as SPES Applicant
Go to www.dole9.org/spes

Click 'Register'

Choose I'm a: SPES Applicant then fill up form

Click 'Register Now' button

Fill up Profile Form with your personal information and then click submit

Click 'Required Docs' from the Home Menu

Upload your 2x2 photo and scanned copy of your:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Grades - if you are a student
    Certificate from the Barangay - if you are an OSY
  3. Income Tax Return - if you are a student
    Certificate of Indigency - if you are an OSY
