The draft business plans/project proposal was initially reviewed by the participating agencies of OSYDA. Thereafter, they came-up with a short list of the same, which will be subjected for final review and recommendation for the top three (3) business plans, which will in turn be awarded during the Pakaradjaan Festival in March 2015.

Meanwhile, the top one (1) business plan will represent the province during the 2015 National Competition on Business Plan Preparation in Manila. All other reviewed business plans/project proposals will be referred to other service providers for funding.
